About our Pens
- American Heritage Pens are individually handcrafted in Maine from historic woods and are guaranteed for repair or replacement for one year.
- A postcard with a picture and history of the wood for each pen is included.
- Styles available include ballpoint, fountain, and rollerball. Examples of each style of pen are included on the STYLES page for easy reference.
- All pens are refillable and come with a medium point and black ink. The Classic style ballpoint uses a Cross type refill and the Americana style ballpoint uses a Parker type refill. The fountain uses a standard cartridge and comes with a pump. The mechanical pencil uses a .7 mm lead.
- The Americana style fountain pen has a German made gold and chrome medium nib. The Americana style rollerball has black ink and a medium ball.
- Selected pens are engraved with the origin of the wood or an appropriate design.
- Custom work and engraving is welcome: contact us for more information. Customers may provide their own wood.
- Custom corporate work is available with special historic wood and custom engraving.
- Some pens are numbered, limited editions.
- Wood or clear plastic presentation boxes are available.
